FAQ’s
How long do delivery takes?
Orders usually take 3 to 5 days to be delivered. I usually post First Class Royal Mail so the pots are through the system and safely with you as quickly as possible!
Can orders be posted as gifts?
Yes! Just tick the ‘Ship to different address’ box and put a note in ‘Order notes’ to let me know if you would like this wrapped in tissue paper and if there is a personal note you would like enclosed. Feel free to contact me direct if you need any more help with gifts.
What should I do if an item is broken?
Please contact me immediately if a piece arrives broken, so far this has never happened, but I will do my best to replace it or refund you as soon as I can.
Do you do commissions?
I sometimes do commissions so please contact me directly for more information.
